Yes! Our water guns are made from non-toxic materials and designed for safe, outdoor fun. Always supervise younger children during play.
Q: How do I fill and use the water guns?
Each product page includes instructions. Most fill through a cap or nozzle and shoot by pressing the trigger or pumping the handle.
Q: Do you sell replacement parts?
Not yet, but we’re working on it! If you’re having an issue, contact us and we’ll help.

Q: Can I return my order?
We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Read our Return Policy for full details.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Q: How should I clean my water gun?
After use, empty any remaining water and rinse with clean water. Let it air dry before storing to prevent mold or mildew.
Q: Can I use other liquids in the water gun?
Nope! Clean water only. Other liquids may damage the internal mechanisms and void returns.
