We want you to love your water gear! If something’s not right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused and unopened water guns and accessories within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be in its original packaging

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Important: We do not accept returns for used items due to hygiene and safety reasons.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used water guns

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

📦 How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at mdblasters@hotmail.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged)

We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return shipping address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

If rejected (e.g., used item), the item will be returned to you without a refund.

📦 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Received something broken or incorrect? Contact us within 7 days of delivery at mdblasters@hotmail.com with your order number and photos—we’ll make it right, fast.
